Intel is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to grow adoption of Intel technologies with major organized retail partners across India. This role focuses on driving PC sales improving retail assortment and building strong partnerships with retailer leadership and OEM teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with national retail partners
- Drive PC sell-through and revenue growth for Intel platforms
- Create and execute retailer business plans and GTM programs
- Improve in-store and online assortment placement and Intel mix
- Partner with OEM teams to influence retail product strategies
- Track competitor activity market trends and growth opportunities
- Lead joint marketing merchandising and training initiatives
- Share partner feedback with internal teams to refine offerings
Requirements
- MBA with 10+ years of sales experience
- Background in consumer electronics IT telecom or retail preferred
- Strong business and financial understanding
- Proven ability to work with C-level and category leaders
- Data-driven approach to sales strategy and execution
- Clear communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable working across large cross-functional teams
