Ravinder K. Dhiman appointed as Execution Head – Amended BharatNet Project Phase III at Polycab Telecom

Ravinder K. Dhiman has been appointed as Execution Head – Amended BharatNet Project Phase III (General Manager – Telecom/EPC) at Polycab Telecom. In this role, he is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of the Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) project in Bihar, overseeing fiber rollout activities, team coordination, and project delivery timelines.

Dhiman brings close to three decades of experience in telecom infrastructure and project execution. Prior to joining Polycab Telecom, he was associated with Bharti Airtel Limited (Fiber Factory), where he served as Circle Deployment Head – NESA and Circle Wireline Deployment Head – Bihar. His professional background also includes roles at Dura-Line, HFCL Limited, Reliance Communications, Aster Pvt Ltd, and Gontermann-Peipers India Ltd.

Across these assignments, his experience has covered optical fiber cable rollout, wireline deployment, right-of-way compliance, vendor management, and program execution across multiple regions. In his current position, he manages the BharatNet Phase III mandate assigned to Polycab Telecom in Bihar.
