Fujitsu Limited announced the development of Fujitsu Kozuchi Physical AI 1.0, a technology created to integrate physical AI and agentic AI within enterprise environments. The development marked the first outcome of Fujitsu’s collaboration with NVIDIA announced earlier in October 2025. The technology combined NVIDIA’s software stack with Fujitsu’s proprietary AI technologies.
As part of this release, Fujitsu developed a multi AI agent framework designed to automate highly confidential business workflows securely. The framework supported visual workflow design and combined Fujitsu Kozuchi AI capabilities with specialized AI agents based on Fujitsu’s Takane large language model. It also incorporated secure inter agent communication to ensure confidentiality and workflow reliability.
Fujitsu also introduced specialized AI agents focused on automating procurement operations within enterprise purchasing departments. These agents handled document comprehension, procurement regulation analysis and compliance checks. The system converted complex documents into structured data, generated compliance prompts and verified compliance before securely sending requests to external suppliers.
The company stated that it planned to continue working with NVIDIA to evolve the technology for sovereign and enterprise use cases. By the end of fiscal year 2025, Fujitsu aimed to develop the platform into an agentic AI foundation capable of autonomous learning within customer environments. The company also planned to extend the technology into physical AI, enabling AI agents to interact with real world operations through robots.
