Jaspreet Singh has been appointed Chief Customer Officer at Empower Pharmacy. In this role he will focus on improving customer experience, engagement and long term value. He will align customer strategy with business goals, strengthen support and success teams and help scale customer focused operations across the organisation.
Before joining Empower Pharmacy he spent over four years at Autodesk. There he served as Vice President Customer Technical Success and earlier as Vice President Global Product Support. He led global teams across technical account management, product support, customer advocacy, enablement and business excellence. Earlier in his career he worked at Microsoft and also held roles at General Motors, Wipro and NBC News. Alongside his professional work he serves as a CSS Advisory Board Member at SuccessLab and contributes to discussions around customer leadership, AI adoption and transformation in support and services.
