Google is hiring a Senior Manager, Silicon Design Verification to lead verification teams working on custom silicon for next-generation consumer hardware. The role focuses on SoC verification strategy, people leadership, and cross-functional execution across architecture, design, CAD, and post-silicon teams.

What the role involves:

• Leading and developing verification engineers and managers
• Defining verification strategy, test plans, coverage, and methodology
• Driving SoC, NoC, AMBA, and memory subsystem verification
• Partnering with design, performance, and post-silicon teams
• Improving verification quality, efficiency, and scalability

Ideal profile:
15+ years in design verification with strong experience in SoC integration and 6+ years in people management. Background in UVM, SystemVerilog, memory subsystems, and performance verification is preferred.
