Waaree Energies Reports Strong Q3 FY26 Financial Performance

Waaree Energies Limited has reported strong financial and operational performance for the third quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations stood at ₹ 7,565.05 crores marking a year on year growth of 118.81%. EBITDA for the quarter reached ₹ 1,928.15 crores up 167.16 percent compared to the same period last year with margins of 25.49%. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to ₹ 1,106.79 crores reflecting a growth of 118.35% year on year.

During Q3 FY26 the company achieved module production of 3.51 GW and cell production of 0.75 GW supported by focused execution across manufacturing operations. For the nine month period ended FY26 revenue reached ₹ 18,056.52 crores while EBITDA stood at ₹ 4,331.88 crores showing strong growth over the previous year.

Waaree also expanded its manufacturing footprint by commissioning new solar module facilities of 2.1 GW at Chikhli Gujarat and 3 GW at Samakhiali Gujarat along with 3.05 GW of inverter capacity at Sarodhi Gujarat. The company raised around ₹ 1,003 crores to support the development of a 20 GWh lithium ion cell and battery pack facility. Its order book stood at around ₹ 60,000 crores reflecting sustained demand.
