LG Electronics announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 2025. Consolidated revenue for the year was KRW 89.2 trillion while operating profit stood at KRW 2.48 trillion. The company recorded its highest annual revenue for the second consecutive year.
Operating profit declined year on year due to higher marketing spend for display based products and one off costs linked to organizational optimization including voluntary retirement programs.
B2B segments, non hardware businesses and D2C models continued to grow. B2B revenue increased 3 percent to KRW 24.1 trillion. Combined operating profit from the Vehicle Solution and Eco Solution businesses crossed KRW 1 trillion for the first time. Subscription based business revenue rose 29 percent to nearly KRW 2.5 trillion.
By business unit, Home Appliance Solution posted revenue of KRW 26.13 trillion and operating profit of KRW 1.28 trillion. Media Entertainment Solution reported revenue of KRW 19.43 trillion with an operating loss of KRW 750.9 billion. Vehicle Solution achieved record revenue of KRW 11.14 trillion and operating profit of KRW 559 billion. Eco Solution generated revenue of KRW 9.32 trillion and operating profit of KRW 647.3 billion.
