Samsung Electronics has announced major upgrades to Samsung Care+, its official device protection service, across 17 European markets including the UK. The updated plans cover Galaxy smartphones, tablets, wearables and PCs, with a stronger focus on flexibility, accessibility and long-term device support.

Under the new offering, Samsung Care+ now includes unlimited accidental damage repairs instead of a fixed annual limit, with coverage extended to up to five years. Customers also get 24/7 support and access to 175 new walk-in repair locations across Europe, alongside existing send-in repair options. All repairs are carried out at Samsung-authorised service centres using original parts.

The enhanced plans also include extended warranty coverage beyond the standard period, free battery replacement if capacity drops below 80% after the manufacturer warranty, and consistent excess fees regardless of damage type. Customers can choose monthly payments for up to 60 months or opt for a two-year upfront plan.

An optional theft and loss add-on provides device replacement within 48 hours, while Samsung Knox Guard enables remote blocking of missing devices to protect personal data.
