Arvind Bothra has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Zydus MedTech. In this role he will lead financial strategy, governance and long term value creation as the company expands its presence in the medtech and healthcare space.
Before this appointment he served as Senior Vice President Investor Relations and Strategic Initiatives at Zydus Group and earlier as Chief Financial Officer at Zydus Healthcare Limited. His career also includes senior roles at Aurobindo Pharma, Lupin, Tata Capital, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Religare and Merrill Lynch. He began his career with KPMG US, PwC and Aviva India. His experience spans healthcare finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.
