Lenovo reported record revenue of US$22.2 billion for Q3 FY25/26, up 18% year on year. Adjusted net income rose 36% to US$589 million, with margin expanding to 2.7%. Net income stood at US$546 million. AI related revenue grew 72% and now accounts for 32% of total revenue.
The Intelligent Devices Group posted US$15.8 billion in revenue, up 14%. PC revenue rose 17%, with market share reaching 25.2% for the quarter. Motorola recorded record smartphone volume.
The Infrastructure Solutions Group delivered US$5.2 billion in revenue, up 31%. AI server revenue saw high double digit growth, with a US$15.5 billion pipeline. A restructuring resulted in a one time US$285 million charge, expected to generate over US$200 million in annual savings over three years.
The Solutions and Services Group grew 18% to US$2.7 billion, marking 19 consecutive quarters of growth, with operating margin above 22%.
