Gyan Pandey appointed as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Polycab India

Gyan Pandey has been appointed as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Polycab India Limited. In this role, he will spearhead the company’s digital and information strategy, accelerating enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening data governance, and driving AI-led innovation to enable scalable and future-ready operations.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Voltas Limited – A TATA Enterprise, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and championed a “Digital First” agenda across business units. Earlier, he was Global & Group CIO at AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, overseeing global IT operations across 16 countries and building a shared services model to support digital innovation. His career also includes leadership roles at QAPCO – Qatar Petrochemical Company, Oracle, Genpact, and Panasonic, bringing over two decades of expertise in digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and global IT strategy.
