Kannan Soundararajan appointed as CFO at Bharat Biotech

Kannan Soundararajan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Bharat Biotech. In this role he will lead financial strategy, governance and capital allocation to support the company’s global biotechnology and vaccine operations.

He brings over three decades of finance leadership experience and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining Bharat Biotech he served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Amara Raja Group and earlier as CFO at Vishal Mega Mart, Arvind Lifestyle Brands and TVS Electronics. His career also includes roles at Hindustan Lever, Modi Olivetti and Tube Investments of India. His background spans FMCG, retail, manufacturing and technology sectors.
