ASUS has launched the global “Upgrade What Matters” giveaway contest, offering PC hardware prizes valued at about $13,000. The contest runs from March 9 to May 18, 2026.

Participants can enter for a chance to win gaming and PC components including AMD and Intel 800 series motherboards and CPUs, DDR5 memory kits, an ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, power supplies, AIO liquid coolers and peripherals.

The giveaway highlights desktop PC upgrade flexibility, allowing users to improve specific components without replacing an entire system. ASUS also introduced curated PC build examples for gaming, content creation and everyday computing to help users explore upgrade paths.

The company’s latest motherboards support advanced DDR5 memory technologies, while GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards based on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture offer improved gaming and AI performance.

A promotional offer also provides a free PC copy of Resident Evil Requiem with select ASUS and ROG product purchases.
