Acer Reports FY2025 Revenue of NT$275.63 Billion and Approves NT$1.3 Dividend

Acer reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2025.

For the fourth quarter Acer recorded consolidated revenue of NT$74.36 billion representing a 12.6% year on year increase. Gross profit reached NT$8.59 billion with an 11.6% margin while operating income rose to NT$1.87 billion with a 2.5% margin. Net income for the quarter was NT$1.07 billion with earnings per share of NT$0.36.

For the full year 2025 Acer reported consolidated revenue of NT$275.63 billion growing 4.1% year on year. Gross profit reached NT$29.99 billion with a 10.9% margin while operating income totaled NT$5.14 billion with a 1.9% margin. Net income for the year was NT$3.78 billion with earnings per share of NT$1.26.

The company continued expanding its multi business strategy reaching 16 public subsidiaries by the end of 2025. Businesses beyond personal computers and displays contributed 32.2% of total revenue.

Acer’s board approved a cash dividend of NT$1.3 per share with the ex dividend record date set for June 26 and distribution scheduled for July 16.
