Samsung Electronics announced that its Micro RGB TV R95H model has received Safety for Eyes and Circadian Rhythm Display certifications from Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker a global testing institute based in Germany.
The Safety for Eyes certification evaluates the impact of light emissions from digital displays particularly blue light and its effect on eye health during prolonged viewing.
The Circadian Rhythm Display certification assesses how effectively a display supports the body’s natural biological clock. The evaluation measures how the display adjusts brightness and color temperature through the day and reduces blue light in the evening to support natural sleep cycles.
Samsung’s Micro RGB TV meets the requirements for both certifications through its Micro RGB LED architecture which dynamically adjusts color and brightness for different viewing conditions.
Samsung plans to expand Circadian Rhythm Display certification across more products in its TV lineup.
