Balakumar Rajasekaran has been appointed as Product Head at Havells India Ltd. In this role he will lead product strategy innovation and market expansion initiatives as the company continues to strengthen its position in the consumer electrical and appliances segment.
Rajasekaran is expected to focus on developing new product strategies and supporting growth across Havells India’s portfolio in a highly competitive electrical equipment market.
Before joining Havells India he spent more than six years at Atomberg Technologies where he served as Area Sales Manager in Chennai. During this period he worked on strengthening regional sales operations and expanding the company’s market presence.
His experience in sales leadership market development and consumer electrical products is expected to support Havells India’s product growth and innovation strategy.
