Ishan Jha has been elevated to Director – Data Science at Honeywell, effective March 2026. In this role, he will lead the company’s data science and AI initiatives across the enterprise.
His responsibilities include scaling advanced analytics capabilities, overseeing the data science roadmap and integrating machine learning models into industrial workflows. The focus is on using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Jha brings around 20 years of experience in information technology and emerging technologies. He has been with Honeywell for over a decade, most recently serving as Senior IT Manager, where he led generative AI initiatives and managed the Gen AI PMO. His work also involved aligning AI innovation with governance through collaboration with internal committees.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Wipro and Microland Limited.
