Apple Launches Apple Business, Integrating Device Management and Productivity Tools
Apple has introduced Apple Business, an integrated platform designed to help organisations manage devices, communication tools and business services in a single environment.
The platform combines mobile device management with email, calendar and directory services, allowing businesses to configure devices, manage user groups and deploy apps through a unified interface. It also supports custom domain integration for professional communication and collaboration.
Apple Business includes features such as automated device setup through Blueprints, managed accounts with separation of work and personal data and app distribution through the App Store. It also enables organisations to manage branding and location presence across Apple services like Maps, Mail and Wallet.
Additional capabilities include analytics for customer engagement, branded communication tools and support for services like Tap to Pay on iPhone.
The platform will be available from April 14 across more than 200 countries and regions. It will replace existing offerings such as Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Connect, with data migrating automatically to the new system.
