Milestone Highlights Demand for Space- and Energy-Efficient Laundry Solutions
LG Electronics has announced that its WashTower all-in-one laundry solution has surpassed 3.2 million units in cumulative global sales.
First introduced in 2020, the product is now available across 77 countries, with strong adoption in North America, Latin America, and Asia. The milestone reflects growing demand for compact and energy-efficient home appliances designed for modern living spaces.
The WashTower combines a washer and dryer into a single unit, featuring technologies such as AI Direct Drive and Dual Inverter HeatPump. These systems help optimize washing cycles based on load and fabric type while enabling low-temperature drying to protect garments.
Additional features like Smart Pairing allow the washer and dryer to automatically coordinate cycles, while functions such as pre-heating the dryer aim to reduce overall laundry time.
LG plans to expand the WashTower lineup with new models, features, and design options to meet evolving consumer needs across global markets.
