Hyundai IONIQ 6 N Named 2026 World Performance Car
Hyundai Motor Company has received recognition at the World Car Awards, with the IONIQ 6 N named 2026 World Performance Car.
The announcement was made during the New York International Auto Show, marking another win for Hyundai’s performance-focused N brand following earlier recognition for the IONIQ 5 N.
The IONIQ 6 N features an electric powertrain delivering up to 641 hp, with acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds. It includes driver-focused technologies such as simulated gear shifts and enhanced sound systems, along with an 84 kWh battery capable of fast charging under optimal conditions.
This recognition continues Hyundai’s presence at the World Car Awards, with the company receiving awards across multiple categories in recent years, including electric vehicle and design segments.
