Bosch Qualcomm ADAS Collaboration Expands to Scalable Vehicle Technologies

Bosch and Qualcomm Technologies have expanded their partnership to include advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), building on their existing work in vehicle cockpit computing.

The collaboration focuses on developing scalable and cost-efficient ADAS solutions to support automated, connected, and personalized vehicle experiences. Bosch has already delivered over 10 million cockpit computers powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon platforms across global vehicle segments.

The companies will now work on production-ready ADAS platforms using Snapdragon Ride technology, supporting features from basic driver assistance to advanced automated driving. These systems integrate multiple sensors and run complex algorithms to improve safety and driving performance.

The partnership also aims to combine cockpit and ADAS functions into a single computing platform, reducing system complexity, cost, and power consumption.

Vehicles using these new solutions are expected to reach the market by 2028, reflecting the industry’s shift toward centralized computing and software-defined vehicles.
