Samsung Q1 2026 Results Show Record Revenue Growth Led by Semiconductor Business
Samsung Electronics reported record financial results for Q1 2026 with revenue of KRW 133.9 trillion and operating profit of KRW 57.2 trillion, both all time highs.
The Device Solutions division led growth with revenue of KRW 81.7 trillion and operating profit of KRW 53.7 trillion, supported by strong demand for AI related memory products and higher pricing. The company began mass sales of HBM4 and advanced storage solutions, strengthening its position in AI infrastructure.
The Device eXperience division reported revenue growth driven by new flagship smartphones, while maintaining profitability through premium product mix and cost optimization.
Samsung Display posted KRW 6.7 trillion in revenue, supported by demand for OLED gaming displays. The MX and Networks business generated KRW 38.1 trillion in revenue, with continued focus on flagship devices and foldables.
The company expects continued growth in AI driven demand, particularly in memory and data center infrastructure, with plans to expand advanced semiconductor production and AI product offerings.
