New Appointment Strengthens Legal and People Leadership

Intel Corporation has appointed Aparna Bawa as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and People Officer.

Bawa will lead Intel’s global legal, ethics, compliance, and people functions. Her role focuses on strengthening governance, improving execution, and shaping leadership culture as the company continues its transformation.

She joins from Zoom Video Communications, where she served as Chief Operating Officer and managed legal, operational, and people functions during a period of global growth.

Bawa brings experience in corporate governance, compliance, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation.
