Collaboration Focuses on Agentic AI and Integrated Marketing Solutions

Microsoft and Publicis Groupe have expanded their strategic partnership to develop AI-powered marketing solutions focused on agentic AI.

The collaboration aims to create a full-stack platform that integrates legacy systems, AI agents, and identity-based data to improve marketing performance and decision-making. The initiative builds on their earlier work, including the Marcel AI platform.

As part of the partnership, solutions will leverage Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure and AI tools, including Azure, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric, alongside Publicis capabilities such as Sapient’s transformation frameworks and Epsilon’s identity-based data platform.

The combined offering will enable businesses to deploy AI agents across marketing workflows, including audience targeting, content creation, campaign execution, and real-time optimization.
