Pankaj Phatak has been appointed Vice President HR Global Human Resources at Biotech Healthcare Group. In this role he will lead the global people agenda as the company expands across more than 90 countries. His focus will include talent transformation, workforce integration, leadership development and performance enablement across international markets.
He brings strong global HR experience from organizations such as Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Cipla, Nicholas Piramal and Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited. At Dr Reddy’s Laboratories he led HR for global manufacturing and emerging markets and supported people and culture transformation across Europe Africa and Asia.
