Rakesh Kher has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Uno Minda.
He brings 28 years of experience across manufacturing, operations, purchasing, vendor development, and business strategy. His background includes work in restructuring, organizational planning, and execution of large-scale operational initiatives.
Prior to this role, he held positions at Ador Welding Ltd., Cookson Electronics, and Larsen & Toubro, where he contributed to operational efficiency and business growth.
In his new role at Uno Minda, he will focus on strengthening operational capabilities, driving transformation initiatives, and expanding the company’s market presence.
