Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out for assigned regions
- Drive focus initiatives as defined by head office
- Work closely with regional heads branch managers and sales teams
- Support growth of strategic product segments
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for channel expansion
- Ensure shop floor display and retail execution as per guidelines
- Track competitor activity and market intelligence
- Improve channel efficiency and health
- Ensure accuracy in demand planning and sell-out forecasting
Requirements
- MBA with 13+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong background in consumer electronics or white goods
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- High ownership and self-driven approach
