Annapurna J to lead people strategy and talent transformation as the company scales its renewable energy operations
Serentica Renewables has appointed Annapurna J as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role she will lead people strategy, organisational development and talent transformation across the business and will be based in Mumbai.
Her appointment comes as the company expands its renewable energy capacity and strengthens its position in India’s clean energy sector. She will focus on building a future ready workforce aligned with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
Annapurna brings over 24 years of experience across large organisations and high growth businesses. Before joining Serentica she served as Group Head Talent Management at Mahindra and Mahindra where she led leadership development and succession planning initiatives. She also held a senior HR role at Vodafone Idea where she worked on digital HR systems and post merger cultural integration.
Her experience spans workforce strategy, organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration and enterprise wide culture initiatives.
