Siemens DrinkPAK Automation Enhances Manufacturing Efficiency and Scale

Siemens is collaborating with DrinkPAK to automate its manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, supporting expansion and operational efficiency.

Siemens is providing a combination of automation, smart infrastructure, and financial solutions to help DrinkPAK scale production, improve reliability, and optimise energy usage. The facility supports high-speed operations of up to 3,000 cans per minute.

A key component is Siemens’ BRAUMAT system, which automates recipe-based production and ensures consistent quality. The solution integrates programmable logic controllers and human-machine interfaces for real-time monitoring and control.

Siemens also supports warehouse automation through laser-guided vehicle systems, enabling efficient pallet movement and logistics operations.

In addition, energy infrastructure solutions such as switchboards and metering systems help maintain reliable power supply and monitor energy consumption.
