Siemens Industrial Automation DataCenter AI Enhances Edge Computing and Security

Siemens has introduced an AI-ready version of its Industrial Automation DataCenter at Hannover Messe 2026, designed to support advanced AI applications in production environments.

The platform integrates accelerated computing from NVIDIA and cybersecurity solutions from Palo Alto Networks. It is delivered as a pre-configured and system-tested solution that combines IT and operational technology for industrial use.

The system enables real-time AI processing at the edge, supporting applications such as quality control, predictive maintenance, and process optimisation. NVIDIA GPUs and BlueField DPUs provide computing power and data processing, while security is strengthened through advanced monitoring and zero-trust architecture.

The solution also includes remote monitoring and support services to maintain system performance and security.
