Zebra Technologies is hiring a Sales Engineer to support pre-sales and solution design for retail hardware across POS systems, self-service kiosks, touch monitors and kitchen display systems. The role works closely with sales teams and customers across grocery, QSR and F&B segments.
What the role involves:
- Working with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored retail hardware solutions
- Conducting product demos, presentations and proof-of-concept testing
- Providing technical inputs during sales discussions including integration, deployment and cost optimization
- Preparing technical proposals, solution documents and tender responses
- Supporting installations, configurations and customer training
- Troubleshooting technical queries during pre-sales and post-deployment stages
- Sharing customer feedback with product teams to improve offerings
Ideal profile:
7+ years of pre-sales or FAE experience in retail hardware such as POS systems, kiosks, touch monitors or KDS, with strong customer-facing and technical skills.
