ASUS Announces New Performance Records for Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE

ASUS has announced that its Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE workstation motherboard has achieved 46 new performance records using AMD’s latest Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors. These records were set using chips from the PRO 9965WX to the high-end PRO 9995WX, which features 96 cores, 192 threads and a boost clock of 5.4GHz.

The Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE includes several features aimed at overclocking, such as a powerful VRM design with advanced cooling, a jumper for liquid nitrogen (LN2) setups and several tools for monitoring voltage and stability. These features help ensure the board can handle the stress of high-end tuning.

It also supports eight-channel ECC R-DIMM memory, offering both high bandwidth and reliability for tasks like 3D rendering or simulations that demand memory stability. The board’s design also includes extensive storage, expansion slots and connectivity support.

ASUS has introduced a more compact model, the Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WiFi A which is also compatible with AMD’s sTR5 socket platform.
