ASUS Launches Vivobook 14 in India

ASUS has launched the Vivobook 14 in India priced at ₹65,990. It is now available through Flipkart and ASUS’s online store. The laptop is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X1-26-100 processor an octa-core chip with a maximum clock speed of 2.97 GHz. It also includes a built-in Adreno GPU and Hexagon NPU that supports up to 45 TOPS for on-device AI tasks. This setup enables features like Microsoft Copilot and local image generation without relying on cloud processing.

The device has a 14-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200, a 16:10 aspect ratio and 300 nits brightness. The screen is certified by TÜV Rheinland Group for low blue light and has a 180° hinge for flexible use. The laptop weighs about 1.49 kg and measures 315.1 × 223.4 × 17.9 mm making it compact for regular use. It comes with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD for storage. Powering the system is a 50 Wh battery that supports 65 W fast charging and ASUS claims it can offer up to 29 hours of video playback, though actual usage may vary.

For connectivity, the Vivobook 14 includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Security features include a full-HD IR camera with a privacy shutter for facial recognition, Windows Hello login and a Microsoft Pluton security chip. The keyboard is backlit and includes an ErgoSense layout, a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to AI tools and a Smart Gesture touchpad. Audio is supported by stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The laptop also comes with Microsoft Office Home 2024 and one year of Microsoft 365 Basic pre-installed.
