ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced the ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 5090 30th Anniversary Edition at Gamescom 2025. The launch celebrates three decades of ASUS graphics card design while adding new performance and cooling features.
The card builds on past ROG designs, incorporating a hybrid copper-aluminum heatsink, metallic accents and a translucent panel inspired by the infinity mirror lighting seen in earlier models. Its layout includes stacked fans within a circular frame, giving it a distinct appearance whether mounted vertically or horizontally.
Performance features include one of the highest available GPU clock speeds, a full copper vapor chamber, liquid metal thermal compound and support for up to 800 watts. Cooling is enhanced through four fans designed to manage heavy loads during demanding gameplay or creative workloads.
ASUS is also hosting a Cheers to 30 Years online event where participants can take part in activities for a chance to win the limited edition card along with other prizes.
