Dish TV has launched the VZY Smart TV series marking its entry into the smart television market after two decades in the DTH sector. The VZY range offers screen sizes from 32-inch HD to 55-inch 4K QLED and combines live television, DTH channels and OTT apps in a single device. With built-in DTH functionality, viewers can access 576 live channels including 86 in HD and switch easily between live TV and streaming platforms like 24 OTT apps. Premium models have Dolby Atmos and Vision for enriched sound and image quality alongside features like Chromecast and AirPlay.
The VZY TVs come with Android 14 powered Google TV but are expected to have Dish TV’s own operating system within two years. The TVs target metro cities with smaller towns and are available for zero down payment on easy EMI.
