Apple has introduced the iPhone 17 featuring a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion, the A19 chip and a new Center Stage front camera. The front camera uses a square sensor for selfies and video calls while the 48MP Dual Fusion rear cameras capture detailed wide-angle, telephoto and macro shots. The phone supports ultra-stable 4K HDR video, Dual Capture and Spatial Audio recording.
The display is brighter with thinner borders and Ceramic Shield 2 provides 3x better scratch resistance and reduced glare. The A19 chip delivers improved CPU and GPU performance, supporting smooth gaming, AI tasks and all-day battery life. iOS 26 introduces Apple Intelligence features, Live Translation and enhanced visual intelligence tools.
iPhone 17 supports eSIM for connectivity and Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread via the N1 chip. Storage options start at 256GB and go up to 512GB. Pre-orders start September 12 and availability begins September 19 in multiple regions.
