Godrej Enterprises Group has achieved a major engineering milestone by manufacturing and delivering its heaviest Ecolaire® Surface Condenser, weighing nearly 450 metric tonnes, for a U.S. power generation project. The project, powered by natural gas and partially hydrogen-capable, underscores Godrej’s contribution to advancing cleaner and more sustainable energy systems worldwide.
Produced at Godrej’s GreenCo-certified facility in Dahej, Gujarat, this accomplishment highlights India’s growing expertise in advanced manufacturing and reinforces the company’s “Make in India for the World” commitment. According to Hussain Shariyarr, Executive Vice President & Business Head, this achievement demonstrates India’s global leadership in complex clean energy engineering and logistics.
Godrej has a strong track record in global green and blue hydrogen, ammonia, geothermal, and carbon capture projects, further expanding its role in the clean energy ecosystem. With a ₹200 crore investment in infrastructure and 70% of revenue from international markets, Godrej continues to position India as a hub for high-value engineering innovation delivering sustainable, large-scale energy solutions that power industries and support the global energy transition.
