Indkal Technologies is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead sales and service operations across key Maharashtra markets. The role focuses on driving regional growth, managing distributors and retailers, and delivering strong performance across product categories like TVs, ACs, washing machines, and upcoming smartphone and audio lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales plans and ensure target achievement
• Manage distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners
• Lead Area Sales Executives and Territory Managers
• Track market trends and competition to shape strategy
• Support product launches and trade marketing activities
• Oversee forecasting, stock planning, and collections
• Maintain strong trade relationships and ensure partner satisfaction
• Share regular performance updates with leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
• 6–10 years of experience in consumer electronics or home appliances
• Strong understanding of distribution and retail networks
• Proven team leadership and sales planning skills
• Strong communication and negotiation ability
