The programme is available in two plans—Care+ Premium Smart and Expert—providing flexible coverage, scheduled maintenance visits, and complimentary accessories to help keep appliances functioning as intended. Homeowners also receive a monthly usage and energy report, offering insights that may help manage consumption. When paired with SmartThings and supported AI Energy Mode features, users can monitor and control their connected appliances more efficiently.
Care+ Premium can be taken up through monthly instalments of up to 36 months, easing the cost of maintaining or upgrading home devices. TV buyers opting for the plan receive extended support, access to discounted panel replacements in case of accidental damage, and offers on accessories such as remotes and soundbars.
Samsung highlights device security through Samsung Knox and Knox Matrix, which work to safeguard connected appliances by detecting and isolating potential threats. A new Care+ Premium zone at the Samsung Experience Store in VivoCity allows visitors to explore covered products and learn more about the programme, with a limited-edition collectible available through an in-store activity.
