Samsung has strengthened Uttar Pradesh’s position as a growing technology talent hub by certifying 550 students under the Samsung Innovation Campus program at Noida International University. This new group includes 150 students trained in coding and programming and 400 students trained in artificial intelligence. With this milestone, a total of 2,150 students in Uttar Pradesh have completed Samsung Innovation Campus training in 2025, moving the state closer to its goal of preparing 5,000 young learners. The initiative supports India’s broader Skill India and Digital India missions and focuses on future tech areas such as AI, IoT, big data, and coding.
The program emphasizes accessibility and inclusion with strong participation from students across semi urban and aspirational districts. Across India, 44 percent of the participants are women. The initiative also provides soft skills and placement support through the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India to improve industry readiness.
Samsung’s broader skilling efforts include the DOST program, which helps youth build retail and frontline job capabilities.
