Noise is hiring for its device testing team to ensure high quality across its smartwatch lineup. The role focuses on manual testing, reliability checks, connectivity validation, and cross-team collaboration to support stable product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run manual test cases for features, connectivity, sensors, and algorithms
- Identify edge cases and improve reliability through structured testing
- Validate long-duration stability, battery behavior, and stress scenarios
- Perform security and privacy checks, especially for communication and location features
- Track defects, document findings, and work with engineering teams for fixes
- Coordinate with product, firmware, QA, and app teams to align quality benchmarks
Requirements
- 6–8 years of manual testing experience in wearables, IoT, or consumer electronics
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and SIM-based features
- Experience testing sensors, performance, and battery usage
- Good knowledge of test design, regression cycles, and defect tracking
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership
