Ranjeeta Bhat appointed as Vice President, Corporate HR at Premier Energies Limited

Ranjeeta Bhat has been appointed Vice President, Corporate HR at Premier Energies Limited. In this role she will lead the corporate HR function with a focus on building future ready talent practices and strengthening people strategy across the organisation.

She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience. Before joining Premier Energies she worked at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as Associate Director Human Resources where she led end to end talent initiatives and employer branding programs. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles at Radiant Corporation Pvt Ltd, Runcode Software Solutions, GreatFour Systems Inc, Bank of America Countrywide Financial and 3i Infotech Ltd.
