Anuj Shah has been appointed Vice President Human Resources at Torrent Power. In this role he will lead HR for the licensed power distribution business. His focus will be on human capital strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation in support of long term business goals.
Before joining Torrent Power he spent nearly two decades at Intas Pharmaceuticals. There he held senior HR leadership roles including Associate Vice President and Senior General Manager and worked across HR operations, leadership development and people strategy. His experience supports Torrent Power’s HR priorities.
