LG Electronics Maintains OLED TV Leadership with New Innovations for 2026
LG Electronics has maintained its leadership in the global OLED TV market for 13 consecutive years, according to Omdia data.
In 2025, the company held a 49.7 percent market share with shipments of around 3.22 million units, contributing to a total global OLED TV market of 6.47 million units. Europe remained a key region, where OLED shipments surpassed 3 million units, with LG accounting for over 50 percent of the market.
The company also led in North America and Asia-Oceania, reflecting strong global demand for premium display technologies.
Building on this performance, LG is introducing new OLED evo TVs in 2026 with upgrades in brightness, color accuracy and processing. These include Hyper Radiant Color technology and the Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen 3, designed to improve image clarity and reduce noise.
LG has also achieved industry recognition for reflection-free display performance and continues to innovate in design with ultra-slim form factors.
