AI has been integrated into its Brilliant Factory platform, enabling real time monitoring of production, workforce activity and equipment performance. This shift allows teams to move from reactive processes to faster data driven decisions. AI agents now generate shift insights in minutes, allow employees to interact with production data easily and help reduce downtime through live optimization.
In logistics, GE Appliances introduced a Quality Insights AI tool to analyze customer feedback and improve product quality. In supply chain operations, a Supplier Collaboration Agent manages communication with over 600 suppliers, reducing backorders by 25%.
The company handles around 27 million parts shipments annually and works with more than 700 suppliers. This AI adoption supports large scale operations while improving efficiency and responsiveness across the business.
