ASUS Launches ROG Strix and TUF Gaming Dual Mode 4K Monitors

ASUS Dual Mode Gaming Monitors Deliver 4K Visuals and High Refresh Rate Performance

ASUS has introduced new ROG Strix and TUF Gaming Dual Mode monitors, including the XG27UCG Gen2, XG27UCS Gen2 and VG27UQEL5A models. These 27 inch 4K monitors combine high resolution visuals with high refresh rate performance.

The Dual Mode feature allows users to switch between 4K resolution and ultra fast refresh rates. The XG27UCG Gen2 supports 4K at 162Hz or Full HD at 485Hz, while the XG27UCS Gen2 offers 4K at 160Hz or Full HD at 324Hz. The TUF Gaming VG27UQEL5A supports 4K at 80Hz or Full HD at 310Hz.

All models feature Fast IPS panels with a minimum response time of 0.3ms, along with Smart Pixel technology for enhanced 4K upscaling and sharper visuals at lower resolutions.

Additional features include ELMB Sync to reduce motion blur, VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and wide color gamut support up to 95% DCI P3 and 130% sRGB.

The monitors also offer connectivity options such as HDMI, DisplayPort and USB C, supporting gaming, content creation and everyday use.
