Bosch Strategy 2030 Focuses on AI, Automation and Electrification
Bosch has outlined its Strategy 2030, focusing on innovation, competitiveness, and long-term growth despite global economic challenges.
In 2025, Bosch reported revenue of €91.0 billion with an EBIT margin of 2.0 percent and positive free cash flow of around €300 million. For 2026, the company expects sales growth of 2–5 percent and an EBIT margin of 4–6 percent.
Bosch continues to invest heavily in research and development, spending around €12 billion in 2025 to strengthen its position in areas such as AI, automation, electrification, and digitalisation.
The company is advancing innovations in sensor technology, automotive software, and AI-driven consumer products. It is also expanding opportunities in mobility solutions, including electric powertrains and software-defined vehicles.
Strategy 2030 also includes structural adjustments to improve cost efficiency and competitiveness, along with a focus on regional adaptability and global supply chains.
