HARMAN India is hiring a Junior Engineer I – SMT Maintenance to manage SMT equipment and support production quality. The role focuses on equipment maintenance process improvement and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain SMT and PTH equipment for production lines
• Monitor print placement and soldering quality
• Analyze SPI and X ray defects and adjust processes
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Check daily production plans and align tasks
• Maintain 5S standards and ESD compliance
• Track equipment status and prepare daily reports
• Support line improvements and poka yoke implementation
• Coordinate with teams to improve quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in EEE ECE or Mechanical
• 3 to 4 years of experience in SMT maintenance
• Knowledge of SMT machines like Fuji SPI Heller
• Understanding of soldering and PCB processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MPM Fuji SPI Heller Teradyne systems
• Knowledge of PTH and conformal coating processes
• Hands on experience in manufacturing line improvements
