Bose Corporation is hiring an Account Manager to manage offline sales through distributors and retail partners. The role focuses on driving sales performance across Single Brand Stores Large Format Retail duty free and key consumer electronics dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor operations including sell in sell through and demand planning
- Lead sales forecasting purchase order planning and inventory management
- Track distributor performance through monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Ensure strong store execution including visual merchandising demos and promotions
- Improve promoter productivity through training and performance checks
- Manage launch execution planograms and retail marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with key retailers and channel partners
- Resolve distributor and retailer issues related to inventory visibility and promotions
- Identify store expansion opportunities and support ROI evaluation
- Coordinate with marketing planning logistics and finance teams
Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in key account management or distributor sales
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology retail preferred
- Strong understanding of SBS LFR and CE retail channels
- Experience in sales forecasting inventory planning and PO management
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and commercial understanding
- Experience managing promoter teams and retail execution

- Willingness to travel for store visits audits and channel reviews
