Inseego Nokia FWA Acquisition Expands Wireless Broadband and 5G Edge Capabilities

Inseego has agreed to acquire the Fixed Wireless Access CPE business of Nokia, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026.

The acquisition will expand Inseego’s portfolio across fixed wireless, mobile broadband and cloud managed connectivity, and is expected to approximately double its revenue while strengthening its global presence.

As part of the agreement, Nokia will receive about a 7% equity stake in Inseego valued at $20 million, along with an additional $10 million investment, bringing its total ownership to around 11%.

The companies also plan to collaborate on go to market initiatives in 6G, wireless edge and AI driven connectivity. This includes joint innovation, 5G monetization opportunities and expansion across consumer and enterprise markets.
